POSTPONED

Notice is hereby given that the Westport City Council has postponed the scheduled Public Hearing on the Comprehensive Plan that was for Tuesday, May 26, 2020, to an undetermined date. Notice will be given when the hearing is rescheduled. The draft Plan can be viewed at www.ci.westport.wa.us on the public notices bottom page.

Notice of Public Hearings
2021 Preliminary & Final Budget

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the preliminary budget for the year 2021 for the City of Westport has been filed with the City Clerk.  Copies of the Preliminary Budget may be obtained from the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours.  Copies of the final budget may be obtained after January 19, 2021.

All members of the public are hereby given notice that the City Council will hold a public hearing on November 9, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as it may be heard for the purposes of receiving comments, suggestions, and recommendations on the 2021 Preliminary Budget.

And that the City Council has scheduled a Public Hearing for the purposes of receiving comments, suggestions, and recommendations on the 2021 Final Budget to be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as it may be heard.

Alley Vacation

All members of the public are hereby given notice that the City Council of the City of Westport has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, November 19, 2020, at 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. The virtual meeting will be held through zoom, see below link.

         The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the petition to vacate half the alley abutting Lots 7-9, Block 56, Westport Beach Addition, Parcel #105505600700, submitted by Don Shaffer.

Request for Proposals (RFP)
Custodial Services

Notice is hereby given that the City of Westport is seeking sealed Request for Proposals for janitorial services for its buildings at 506 N Montesano St., 604 N Montesano St., 740 N Montesano St., 101 E Harms Dr., and 2681 N Westhaven Dr. A complete list of duties can be picked up at Westport City Hall, 604 N Montesano St., 360-268-0131, or e-mail clerk_treasurer@ci.westport.wa.us. The RFP is required to be sealed and noted on the envelope ‘Sealed RFP for custodial services’.  It can be mailed to City of Westport, P O Box 505, Westport, WA  98595 or hand delivered to 604 N Montesano St., Westport.  The RFP must be received by the City of Westport no later than Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at 4:30 p.m.
