Notice of Public Hearing
Street Vacation

All members of the public are hereby given notice that the City Council of the City of Westport has scheduled a public hearing for Monday, February 13, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers, 506 N Montesano St., Westport. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the petition to vacate 15 of Sherman Ave. abutting Lots 6 & the westerly 32 of Lot 7, Block 69; 30 of Sherman Ave. and the alley abutting Lots 1 & the westerly 32 of Lot 2, Block 76, all in the Westport Beach Addition, Parcels #105506900500 and 105507600100, submitted by Dennis & Terri Varga.

All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and present their views.  The City of Westport provides reasonable accommodations to persons with disabilities. We invite any person with special needs to contact the City Clerk at 268-0131 at least seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting to discuss any special accommodations that may be necessary.
